Adult Analytics Dashboard | Patient Scores | Alcohol Use
We have incorporated the Substance Use v8 data to Patient Scores | Alcohol Use on the Adult Analytics Dashboard.
Intake Report
On the Intake assessment, we ask several BAM questions, "In the past 30 days...". On the Update assessment, these questions ask, "In the past 7 days..." On the Monitoring report, we convert the 30 days from the intake to a weekly average, so we can compare the trends.
On the Intake report, we were showing the weekly average, but are updating to show the actual 30 day response and only convert to a weekly average for the monitoring report and removed "30-day responses at intake have been converted to weekly averages" on intake report.
Medication Adherence Questions
We updated the MAT and Psychiatric medication adherence questions for more clarity in English and Spanish.
Monitoring Report
We changed “30-day responses at intake have been converted to weekly averages" to “30-day responses at intake have been converted to weekly averages for purposes of comparison.” for more clarity.
Patient Profile
On the Patient Profile Substance Use v8 tooltip, we removed the alcohol reference or drug use reference if the patient answered “0” for one.

We updated the Substance Use Alert tooltip text to "Substance Use – Patient reports using alcohol and/or drugs. See report for details." This impacts the Clinical Home and Patient Profiles.
Data Sharing Between Organizations
The Patient-Sharing/Data Sharing Between Organizations (DSBO) initiative relies on the idea that all data shared via webhooks or API calls be processed successfully:
Access availability shared from another Tridiuum ONE Organization
A slot webhook payload will be triggered whenever a slot is created, updated, or deleted
The slot will be created in another organization that has a webhook registered for processing slots:
The visit type in the slot is matched to a visit type with the same code
The associated site is matched against the source org’s unique ID, and then created if not found
The associated practitioner is matched against the source org’s unique ID, and then created if not found
Sharing of sites with another Tridiuum Organization
A site webhook payload will be triggered whenever a site is updated (not created or deleted, since site deletion is not permitted)
If the site already exists in the external organization that processes the webhook, the site will be updated
If the site does not already exist in the external organization, it will NOT be created - sites will only be created as part of processing surveys or slots
Site naming and tagging convention will mimic what’s already been built for processing new sites for surveys shared via DSBO
Sites will be marked as partner sites
Ability to fetch a single practitioner from an authorized Tridiuum Organization
Attempt to access the endpoint without valid credentials should return a 401 error
Attempt to access the endpoint without the appropriate privileges should return a 403 error
Assuming credentials provided have the appropriate privileges, return a JSON object
Ability to fetch a single availability slot from an authorized Tridiuum Organization
Attempt to access the endpoint without valid credentials should return a 401 error
Attempt to access the endpoint without the appropriate privileges should return a 403 error
Assuming credentials provided have the appropriate privileges, return a JSON object
Added default shareable visit types to be included in my organization when the organization is created
For the DSBO and Public API workflows of Sharing Availability and Booking Appointments, we now have standard visit types to reference cross organizations.
Default Visit Types for all new orgs
When a new org is created, there will be two default visit types that are included and cannot be deleted:
Psychotherapy 60
Code: PSR60
Psychiatry Intake 60
Code: PSI60
These Visit Types have been added to all existing organizations.
Ability to edit the name of shareable visit types
When a user accesses the “Edit Visit Type” modal for “Psychotherapy 60”, the “Code” textbox displays the default code and is grayed out so that it is not editable.
When a user accesses the “Edit Visit Type” modal for “Psychiatry Intake 60”, the “Code” textbox displays the default code and is grayed out so that it is not editable.
On the “Manage Visit Types” screen, neither “Psychotherapy 60” and “Psychiatry Intake 60” can be deleted.

Digital Adoption
Appointment Cancellation Information Icons
Patients now receive Tridiuum ONE notifications via text message or email when a provider cancels an appointment (released in v3.51 TRIDIUUM ONE (v3.51) DETAILED RELEASE NOTES | Appointment Cancellations ). It is considered best practice that providers still reach out to their patients when canceling appointments. We have provided this reminder to users in the form of an information badge. When a user hovers over the “Cancel Appointment” button on the Scheduling page (Appointment Card) or Patient Profile page (Edit Visit), they will be presented with a reminder that Tridiuum ONE will notify the patient of the cancelled appointment and the provider is encouraged to reach out to the patient as well.

FQHC Marketplace
We continue to build on the foundational work to integrate with an FQHC Marketplace via API endpoints.
Synchronize provider info with our Provider model.
Updated PCv3 to have a case severity score FOR EMR integration.
Updated PCv3 screener to be configured with referral suggestions for EMR integration.
Please Note: This does not have any immediate client impact.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Starting August 11, 2021, you will be required to do a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) when you log in to Tridiuum ONE each day. This will mean that you will no longer need to reset your password every 30 days.
MFA is a two-step verification process that adds an additional layer of security to your account should your login or password become compromised. By using two different authentications, like your password and a code sent to either your email or mobile phone, we can verify that it is you logging in. Enabling MFA will better protect your credentials and your account. Maintaining the security of sensitive information is important to you and to us.
Please review the following job aid so you know what to expect: https://polarishealth.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TRAIN/pages/2541846531
Please Note: We will be sending additional emails and reminders in the platform.
System Compliance and Optimization
We have made the following improvements in system compliance and optimization:
On the “clinical home” (and other locations), we have the concept of “auto refresh”. Previously we had an absolute timer that fired off a request every X seconds. However, if the request takes longer than that time to complete, the UI would start queuing up many long-running requests, ultimately performing a DoS attack on itself. When performing auto-refresh (anywhere), we now wait for the request to complete to ensure that the auto-refresh action does not DoS the box.
Tridiuum ONE Connect/Call Center App
Digital Assets
We added the ability to opt out of emailing or texting Digital Assets. In the modal for emailing and texting the digital asset:
Added a Checkbox for “Patient opted out of communication”
When checked, the email and texting check boxes are grayed out and disabled.
When “Patient opted out of communication” is checked, the green button label changes to “Done”.
When user clicks “Done”, the redirect is identical as clicking “Send” for the email and text options.
The referral is saved the same as if they did send it.
Please Note: This will only impact certain clients.
User Experience Improvements
Appointment Creation/Updates
We have updated the appointment creation and update calls to improve performance.
Clinical Home | Custom Date Range Picker
When a user was selecting a custom date range on Clinical Home, depending on what the user was selecting and how long they took, the page was refreshing which would cause the user to perform their selection over again. This has been resolved.
Patient Accessing Secured Messages via Text
We resolved a patient login issue if you enter a birthdate first while waiting for the text with the code to come in, then PASTE the code into the top box from a text message, the user couldn’t click "Access Message."
Patient Profile | Insurance
We resolved an issue under the new insurance model: "No insurance" was populating when a group name was selected without a plan name.
