Assessment Type Display

Resolved an issue where the correct assessment type wasn’t being displayed on the initial loading of the application if the available assessments differed by site.

Original Result

  1. Login

  2. Go to Patient list.

  3. Search for an MRN

  4. Check for the Assessment types available in drop-down.

  5. The assessment types dropdown was displaying the assessment types available for the first site in the list.

  6. The assessment type could be corrected by reselecting the site again.

  4. Check for the Assessment types available in drop-down.

  5. The correct assessment types are displayed on the initial load.

Hold Appointments with Incomplete Profile

We have added the ability for users to add a hold appointment from the Scheduling tab, even if the provider profile is not complete to be consistent with the web application functionality.

Loading Future Appointments

With the addition of recurring appointments, there may be a long list of future appointments, so we default to the appointment that is coming up, but users can load future appointments simply by scrolling into the future on the Scheduling Tab. The system will continue to generating repeating appointments until the appointed end dates are reached or until the user chooses to stop scrolling into the future.

On-Demand Video Sessions on Calendar

We have updated how on-demand Video Sessions are displayed on the Scheduling Calendar:

Unconfirmed (grey): if the patient hasn’t joined

Confirmed (blue): once a patient joins

On-Demand video sessions will not show as a conflict.

 

Patient Profile | Appointments Tab

We added the appropriate appointment type icon on the Appointments tab on the Patient Profile:

  • In Person: individual Appointment

  • In Person: Group Appointment

  • Virtual: Individual Appointment

  • Virtual: Group Appointment
