Substance Use Assessment (SATSS)
Assessment
We've developed a new version of the Substance Use Intake and Update assessment with corresponding reports. For clients that have an existing Substance Use (SATSS) assessment, no changes will immediately occur (implementation of the new version will be determined with your Tridiuum Customer Success Manager (CSM) to coordinate if/when any changes to your existing assessment and implementation occurs.) These assessments are considerably shorter than the existing assessments and similar to our current Youth Mental Health assessment, but includes Substance Use and Intimate Partner Violence questions. The assessment measures:
Critical alerts:
HARM - Harm to Others
SUI - Suicide Risk
IPV - Intimate Partner Violence
HAL - Hallucinations
SUBS - Substance Use
DRG24 - Used drugs in the last 24 hours
ALC24 - Used alcohol in the last 24 hours
TA - Therapeutic Alliance
Additional Measures:
Behavioral Health Index (BHI)
PHQ - Depression
GAD - Anxiety
AUD - Alcohol US Audit
PTSD - Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
TA - Therapeutic Alliance
Patients 18 and over will be able to complete the assessment and will replace the existing Substance Use assessment.
