Data Sharing Between Organizations
Synchronized practitioners' availability time slots between partner organizations to enable direct booking.
All open time slots for practitioners will be synchronized with a given organization associate during the night so any functionality during the day is not interrupted.
Updated the screener report to correct for fields (i.e. notes, provider details, email address) that were missing for patients booked to a provider via DSBO.
Please Note: This may not have any immediate client impact for organizations that aren’t configured to share data across organizations.
Digital Adoption
Call Center Information Icons
Implemented in-app guides for call center agents as a non-invasive means to guide them through the screening and appointment booking process.
Group Therapy Onboarding Update
Updated step 4 gif of Group Therapy Onboarding guide for consistency with its Add Appointment modal window update in v3.60.
Loyalty Testing
Created method of analysis to compare user activity before and after loyalty testing for test and control groups (i.e. for Loyalty Program Celebration testing).
Analyzing points of data like date ranges, specific segments, time spent on app to determine the success of loyalty tests
Please Note: This will not impact all clients. Users have been randomly selected for Loyalty Program Tests.
Group Therapy
We have started foundational work to have a Group Profile dashboard for group therapy (similar to those of individual patients) where users can view all information about each participant in the group by clicking on the Group Name:
Users can view a quick glance of each participant’s assessment results.
Users can view and edit groups.
Users can view group therapy appointment history under each Group Profile page’s Visits Tab (similar to how it is shown on individual patients' Patient Profiles)
Please Note: The new group dashboard will be turned on for clients that have access to Group Therapy in a future release.
Added ability for the Manage Therapy Groups page to be set as default homepage for users who work primarily in group therapy, or would like to automatically navigate to this dashboard
Included any visits to Group Profiles in the Access Log
Resolved an error message that had been appearing when users tried to create an appointment for a therapy group

Provider Profile
Uploading Profile Images
Users only working within our web application can now upload a profile picture and other images to represent their site for the benefit of video sessions. In the My Profile modal window, users can upload their desired images to their Personal and Site information tabs.
Profile will be Updated with Images
Types of Therapy
On the provider profile, we expanded the list of options under Types of Therapy Provided to include specific distinctions for faith-based services.
Referral Home
We made some Referral Home modifications and enhancements:
Adjusted configurations to display referral info properly
Prepared Referral Home to be used in a multi-client scenario
Resolved an issue with the checkbox filters to filter the screen properly
Site Management
Because providers are able to work at multiple sites, users needed a way to verify the correct payor per each site. We have created a .csv file export that identifies key provider and payor information (like Provider Identifier Number and Provider Location, as well as a line for each site associated with a provider).
Added a field for a 9-digit Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) on the Manage Sites, Settings page so providers can better verify the status of payors. Users can add multiple TINs.
User Experience Improvements
Adult Analytics Dashboard
We removed empty/extraneous columns that were appearing the Adult Analytics Dashboard .csv export file
Assessments & Screeners
We resolved an issue on an assessment in which a question about suicidal ideation was not successfully deploying in Clinician Mode.
Autofill Functionality
Disabled the autofill function on Add/Edit Patient modal window to resolve data entry mistakes
Resolved issue with Scheduling in which autofill search within address field was causing incorrect data
Creating Appointments
We resolved an issue with incomplete date fields on the Create Appointment modal window.
Clinical Home
We resolved an issue on Clinical Home in which clicking the double arrow button to advance the page would crash the session.
Data Management
Resolved an issue with unwanted merging of data
Enhanced methods of troubleshooting edits to user records
Improved efficiency for retrieving patient data
Notes Management
To limit which users can view the Notes tab for a given patient, we now have a Notes-viewing permissions at the role level; this previously was only a configuration at the Organizational level.
Recurring Availability Default
For entering recurring availability, the Ends field will now default to On Date instead, prompting users to choose a date when their recurring availability should stop and prevent unwanted availability to show on their calendar for booking. Previously, the default was set to Never. Users will still be able to select Never, if wanted.
Tridiuum ONE Connect Email/Text Requirements

When booking a virtual appointment associated with a visit type that does not have a default assessment associated to it, but the provider is using the Tridiuum video telehealth platform
