Mental Health v5 and v6
On the Mental Health v5 and v6 assessments, we added a new question about treatment goals on the update assessment and added the question to the Monitoring Report PDF.

Data Sharing Between Organizations
To communicate that the transfer of data between organizations has failed, we developed a notification screen in our 3.59 release. Now if data transfer has failed, we have updated this functionality to guide users back to the previous screen where they can try a different destination for transferring patient data.

Enhanced Manage Sites modal window so instead of it showing blank fields where there is no information, it displays the note: “No information provided.”

Digital Adoption
Resource Center: Relocation
Since the removal of the Help widget from the bottom right corner of the screen, we have now migrated the Resource Center icon to that location.
This solves an issue in which the Resource Center icon interfered with video session functionality in its previous location. Users logging in for the first time since this relocation will be notified with a pop-up guide.
Resource Center: Updated Multimedia
To be consistent with the Resource Center’s new location, we have corrected the gifs and instructions in step 4 of the Navigation/Gear Orientation guide.

Loyalty Program: Refresher Training
Users indicated on our loyalty survey that they would like more access to in-app resources like training guides, videos, and clinical tips.
We will provide resource pop-up guides and notifications to a test group to gauge impact on user engagement.
To run loyalty tests on specific groups and analyze results, Tridiuum will use altered sample group criteria to create segments that target different portions of each cohort.
Please Note: This will not impact all clients. Users have been randomly selected for this Loyalty Program Test.
FQHC Marketplace
We continue to build on the foundational work to integrate with an FQHC Marketplace via API endpoints:
Developed a process by which patient Visit Types are imported twice daily. This method will allow for a smoother way to associate the proper assessment with the correct visit type.
Updated workflow for self-assessments so patients are sent a survey upon check-in, and results are posted to their chart immediately after completion. Sending a patient survey upon check-in covers concerns about missed/skipped appointments.
Improved method to authenticate patient ID and direct FQHC administrators to their record.
Integrated Patient Profile modal window with correct responsiveness sizes.

Security and Compliance
We continue to make improvements regarding security, performance, and compliance:
Addressed security in node.js packages as a result of vulnerability reporting.
Updated to use a consistent Javascript runtime when applicable, to specify the path to
node
in thepassenger_nodejs
option in the nginx configuration.Updated data stored to the versions table to be stored as JSON data.
Add a property to the SAML configuration table to indicate whether relay state is supported: a user can flip an on/off toggle for “Enable Relay State” in the manage single sign-on admin screen; the default setting will be “off”
We updated our Dolby implementation to support Enhanced Conference Access Control for our telehealth platform.

User Experience Improvements
Adult Analytics Dashboard
Effect Size:
For a patient with multiple assessments, effect size will only be calculated based on the latest assessment in the selected time period.
Analytics dashboard patient change donut shows the average of calculated effect size for patients based on their latest assessment in the selected time period.
Export CSV shows all assessment entries in the selected time period. Effect size will be shown calculated for the latest assessment of each patient and remains blank for all other previous assessments.

Manage Survey Definitions
Clarified Manage Survey Definition modal window by specifying desired measurement of time (minutes between surveys) for data collection.
Manage Therapy Groups
In the Create Group Appointment pop-window on the Manage Therapy Groups page, we have updated the Add Appointment functionality.
Because this page is specific to group therapy, we have labeled the modal window as such (Create “Group” Appointment) and restricted its function to only creates appointments for groups, not individuals.
Individual appointments can still be created on the Tridiuum site outside the therapy groups page.
Tridiuum ONE Connect/Call Center
We resolved an issue on sending out multiple email notifications when the Cancel button is clicked multiple times in Tridiuum ONE Connect (Call Center).
Original Result
Navigate to call center.
Enter MRN of a patient with an appointment previously booked.
Click on Cancel button.
Click on Yes on popup shown(There is some delay and seems like nothing is happening).
Click on Yes button again and again.
Nothing happens on first click and multiple emails are triggered by multi-clicks.
Improved Result
Navigate to call center.
Enter MRN of a patient with an appointment previously booked.
Click on Cancel button.
Click on Yes on popup shown(There is some delay and seems like nothing is happening).

Cancellation will load at first click itself and only one email is sent per user.
User Management
To ensure that only one practitioner is associated with a user while editing information, we updated our code to check if a practitioner with that name and user ID already exists before creating a new one.
