Adult Analytics Dashboard
Added additional columns to the Adult Analytics Dashboard for a more comprehensive .csv export result: Sex, Provider Email, Site Tag, Assessment Summary Key, Assessment Complete Date, and Score Therapeutic Alliance Value.

Data Sharing Between Organizations
Calls and Call Center
Updated site and practitioner calls to match correctly with users.
In the Call Center screener, added a text box for call center agents to enter the name of their caller.
Patient Profile
Improved Patient Profile to only send survey data once.
Changed configurations so providers can now more easily edit patient information without completing all fields in the initial patient screener.
Fields that are not fulfilled by patient registration are optional
User can edit Date of Birth without completing select physician field and save
User can edit Date of Birth without completing the Notifications tab
Network Management
When a provider organization is linked to a partner payor organization, we have added the ability for the provider organization to specify which providers should be shared to the payor organization.
Link to Payers: allows provider orgs to specify which providers should be shared to which payer orgs with an on/off toggle function
Payer Scheduler: allows payer orgs to hide providers in their organization from being discoverable in their scheduler for any reason necessary
Please Note: This may not have any immediate client impact for organizations that aren’t configured to share data across organizations.

Added latest blogs to the Resource Center Library, as well as removed older ones.
Profile Setup
Users will be shown a "Need More Help?" badge on the Provider Profile modal window with a link to the corresponding Knowledge Base article for instructions on filling out profile fields.
Guide Updates
Updated the Group Therapy orientation guide content and gifs and created a new Group Profile orientation guide to reflect current improvements/
Created specialized segment for new users to the platform to ensure that they see the most up-to-date versions of the Group Therapy Dashboard, My Profile, and Manage Users onboarding guides.
Group Therapy Orientation Guide Updates
NEW Group Profile Orientation
As we have added the ability to copy users in the platform, the Manage Users orientation guide has also been updated to reflect this.
Updated the Provider Profile orientation guide content to reflect platform updates and emphasize the importance that providers complete their profile thoroughly.
Tridiuum ONE Administrator Updates
Provided Tridiuum administrators with the ability to tag features to monitor user activity, including those on the Group Therapy Dashboard.
Implemented targeted user segments for deeper analysis of platform use.
Employed polls to determine users' preferred methods of contacting support.
Organized features for improved ease of use internally.

FQHC Marketplace
We continue to build on the foundational work to integrate with an FQHC Marketplace via API endpoints:
Corrected message that appears in sign-on attempt to display name Tridiuum ONE.
Group Therapy
Group Therapy Dashboard
Corrected issue in which the recurring appointment function was not updating properly for both Group Therapy and individual appointments when providers would update dates.
Added indicators on the Group Therapy Dashboard view to indicate whether or not the group is active. Active groups display a green header, and inactive groups display as orange (mirroring the Patient Profile).
Added functionality for users to start a video session from the Group Therapy Profile (mirroring the Patient Profile).
Corrected an issue in which two Start Time and End Time fields were appearing in the Add Group Appointment modal window. Now, the modal window only displays one field for each.
Enabled all users who have access to the Manage Therapy Groups page to also have access to individual Group Therapy Dashboards. All new users with a Basic Subscription will also have permission to view Group Dashboards.
Group Video Session Functionality
Corrected an issue in which a new video session with one patient in Group Therapy was categorized as a group session rather an individual session, causing an error on the patient end. Now, the Group Therapy video session button is only present to admins and providers of the therapy group.
Manage Roles
On the Manage Roles page, we have added functionality that allows for copying existing roles so their configurations are identical.
When selecting the copy icon, an Add Role modal page is displayed, and populated with the same permissions.
A unique name will be required to save.
Users can still manually change any pre-selected field if they want.

My Profile
Providers have to add a site address, transportation, and accessibility on their profile in order to be referred. Now, providers can opt to hide their address to patients in the Site tab of the My Profile modal window by checking “I only conduct virtual appointments and don’t want to display my address to patients.” This would need to be updated per site.
Improved the My Profile and Edit Site modal windows so when a user selects Accessibility: No accessibility accommodations or Transportation: No transportation accommodations, the others options are automatically deselected.
Referral Definition Editor
We have created an interface for permitted users to upload an organization’s referral definition for how patients can be referred, and associate with their screener process.
Created page for users to add/modify this referral definition.
Allows users to download this referral definition to get a closer look at how patients can be referred from the screener process.
Please Note: This will not be accessible to clients.
User Experience Improvements
Access Log
Updated Access Log to display users who have created a new role with the platform under the Page Accessed column (on site and in downloaded .csv file)
Access Log will now also display Manage Roles and Delete Role when the actions have been performed
Add Appointment
Corrected an error in which users were unable to add an appointment from a Patient Profile.
Add Assessment
Resolved issue in which the dropdown order in the Add Assessment modal window were not appearing consistently across the Clinical Home, Patients, and Patient Profile pages.
Data Warehouse
Added Screen and Refer Dashboard data to the data warehouse for efficiency of access and analysis.
Edit User/My Profile
Updated configurations to set up default Accepted Insurance Plans, which now cannot be removed.
iPad Availability in iCalendar
For iPad native app users, corrected an issue in which provider availability was not displaying properly in iCalendar.
Patient Profile
Resolved an issue in which the Patient Profile was not loading correctly.
Improved loading speeds when clicking on Visits tab and editing on the Patient Profile.
Referral Home
Resolved issue in which providers could not successfully cancel an appointment booked from the Referral Home
Screener Translation
Added missing Spanish translations for select questions on the Tridiuum ONE Connect call screener regarding insurance benefits and identity confirmation.
Added missing gender options for Spanish translation of screener in Tridiuum ONE Connect.
Survey Definition Editor
Added sorting functionality (i.e. alphabetical by name, chronological by order, etc.) on Survey Definition Editor page.
Unauthorized Message
Updated the landing page for when a user tries to access a page that they are not permitted to view that displays an explanatory message.
