Starting an Assessment

Changed to a + sign instead of “Add” when on a smaller screen resolution
When you utilize multi-tasking or working on your iPhone, the steps to start an assessment vary different than when in full screen.
Go to a Patient Profile page
Select Assessments
“Add” was in the top right corner. We have changed this to a plus sign
Starting an Assessment for a New Patient when on a smaller screen resolution
Starting an assessment was not working on an iPhone for a new patient that didn’t have any assessments started. This has been corrected.
