Data Sharing Between Organizations (DSBO)/Public APIs
To support the ability of different Tridiuum organizations to share availability, referrals survey results, or book appointments with each other, we have worked on the ability to improve our public API offerings to make implementations/integrations faster with universal access to consumers.
Added ability to share new types of Clinical Summaries (i.e. patient notes) and PDFs under the Notes tab for ease of exchange between organizations.
When new Clinical Summaries are generated, referral payors and provider organizations can now fetch the associated PDF.
Please Note: This may not have any immediate client impact for organizations that aren’t configured to share data across organizations. Work for this functionality is ongoing.

We added resource materials and gather feedback from our clients to create a better user experience in Tridiuum ONE.
My Profile (Provider Profile)
Added tooltips to guide users in using the new dropdown feature for Title and Suffix fields.
Call Center/Tridiuum ONE Connect and Scheduling
We continue to make improvements to our call center in screening, referrals, and agent interactions.
After a Call Center agent exits the booking page, they will no longer be prompted with an additional question: Do you need to complete another referral? before exiting.
Improved user interface design on Call Center multi-referral screen.
Fixed flashing on final multi-referral screen for Call Center.
Provider Profile
We’ve made improvements to the My Profile modal window (provider profile) for clarity and ease of navigation, accessed from the gear drop-down.
Age Ranges Treated
To allow providers greater flexibility, we’ve separated Client Focus into 2 different areas: Client Focus and Age Ranges Treated. Previously, if a provider treats patients ages 0-7, there was a disconnect for selecting Toddler/Pre-School 0 - 5 and Children 6 - 10.
Added more flexible age ranges for providers to list via My Profile and Manage Users page.
New provider age range functionality appears on My Profile.
users can add as many age ranges as they want, but if the age ranges overlap, we will consolidate upon saving. Example:
Age Ranges Treated: 3 to 10
Age Ranges Treated: 9 to 15
would become: Age Ranges Treated: 3 to 15
if age rage has a minimum of a value greater than 0 and the max is blank: Example:
Min=18 and Max is blank, we display 18+ on the Patient-Facing view
if age rage has a minimum of 0 and the max is blank, we display, “All Ages” on the Patient-Facing view
New provider age range functionality will be used in the same way for how patients will be matched with providers via the Call Center.
General Updates
Added Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) as provider specialties for broader patient matches and improved filtering via Tridiuum ONE Connect.
Updated “add” interface labels on My Profile, Manage Users, and Manage Sites for consistency.
Updated label and size of address field to Street Address for clarity.
Please Note: For existing users, age ranges selected from “Client Focus” will automatically be populated within “Age Ranges Treated”, but can be modified be users.
Clinical Home
We’ve made improvements to the Clinical Home for clarity, ease of navigation, and improved user experience.
Changed language on Clinical Home from "Start Assessment" to "Add Assessment" for clarity and consistency.
Adjusted custom range date filter to allow up to 92 days to accommodate for longer months in a 3-month period.
General Improvements/Updates
We continue to make updates that improve overall application performance and usability.
Reporting
Improved speed to open reports in Safari and load full content.
Scheduling
Fixed "Cancel Appointment" button in confirmation message to now perform desired task.
Additional Improvements
Corrected testing questions and addressed missing appointments from data log.
Updated screener for consistency of survey definitions across different instances.
Added validation alert for invalid username.
