Multi-Proxy: Foundational Work for T1 Connect

Coming soon!

In our youth assessments, there is a variation that allows a proxy to answer the assessment questions on behalf of the patient (for example: a parent answering for their child) or in addition to the patient. In the current design, we display simply that a proxy answered an assessment (as indicated by dark blue/light blue designations on the clinical home, patient profile, and graphs).

This enhanced feature considers the scenario where there could be multiple proxies over the course of treatment. For example, consider a situation where the mother of the child attends the first 2 visits, but the father attends the 3rd visit and a grandparent during the 4th visit. In this scenario, we will provide the clinical team a visual representation to compare the proxy's answers to their own previous answers as well as to other proxy's answers.

While we’re not ready to release the new functionality, significant development work has been completed to set the foundation for releasing multi-proxy assessments in the future. See below for a sneak peak!

  1. created the ability for the proxy to identify who they are at the start of the assessment.

2. On the Home screen, the proxy’s name is displayed.

3. on the patient profile, the proxy is identified in the scores, alerts and TA graph.
