Rescheduling a Patient via the Visits Tab

Scenario:
If a Scheduling Admin went to change an appointment to a new provider at the same site via the Visits tab on the patient's profile, the new provider would be able to view the new appointment on the web app, but not the iPad app.

Original Result:

1. Start a Call Center Screener

2. Schedule a patient with a provider at a specific site (any date/time)

3. Login as a scheduling admin with clinical data access and search for the patient assigned to the provider you work with at your site on the Patients' list

4. Open the patient profile, select Visits, and select Edit

5. Change the provider to one that works at the same site as a scheduling admin and initial provider work at

6. Change the scheduled date and time and select Save

7. Provider who had the appointment rescheduled with her was able to access the patient on the web app, but not the iPad app.

Corrected Result:
