Site Creation: Removal of Unnecessary Deactivating Pop-up

We removed an unnecessary deactivating popup when adding a new site.

1. Login as a user with access to manage sites.

2. Navigate to Manage Sites screen.

3. Click on Add Site.

4. Enter the mandatory details and click on Save.
