Call Center/Tridiuum ONE Connect and Scheduling

We continue to make improvements to our call center in screening, referrals and agent interactions.

• Improved Tridiuum ONE Connect booking page matching logic by dynamically surfacing both availability that adheres to the travel radius, and also that which does not need to adhere to travel radius at the same time. This allows us to maximize the amount of possible availability slots for a given patient.

Digital Adoption

We aim to create a better user experience in Tridiuum ONE with guided walkthroughs, pop-ups and tooltips.

• Introduced standardized Guide Labels that categorize content for easier comprehension.

Race

Coming Soon! In order to match patients to a provider that meets their needs, we have worked on surfacing Race on the Provider Profile and via filters in Tridiuum ONE Connect.
