This document contains information on all of the changes and updates made to all of the Tridiuum1 products and features. Some of the features listed may not apply to you or your organization. If you have questions about how a particular item may impact you, please contact your organization's Triduum1 Administrator or your Tridiuum Customer Success Manager.
At-Home Assessments
Our customers have been asking and we've listened! You now have the ability to allow your patients to complete their assessments prior to their appointments, so they can take it at home, at work, at the DMV, or anywhere they have an internet connection! They'll receive an email with all the instructions, delivered either on a schedule, based on their next appointment, or, you can send it on the fly as needed. Your patients simply follow the link and instructions in the email and you'll receive their results as if they were completing their assessment in your waiting room. Contact your Tridiuum1 Administrator or Tridiuum Customer Success Manager to learn how you can take advantage of this new capability.
Clinical Alignment Feedback
Tridiuum is always trying to improve clinical outcomes so we're excited to announce that this release includes a new feature that will allow clinicians to give us direct feedback on how well the BHI and other results presented align with their clinical judgement. Of course, providers don't have to provide feedback and have the ability to opt-out. Our Clinical Sciences team is looking forward to collecting this feedback so we can continue to enhance the quality of information collected and the information we provide to support you and your patients throughout treatment.
Tridiuum1 Connect:
Our newest application, Tridiuum1 Connect provides a streamlined workflow for your External Behavioral Health Network to leverage the Tridiuum1 Mental Health functions from an iPad application. Much of this release is focused continuing to enhance the experience of our Tridiuum1 Connect users. Toward that mission, we've added new notifications to providers to clarify when appointments are cancelled, enhanced our scheduling capabilities to allow a Schedule Administrator to easily manage the schedules of multiple providers. Lastly, you can now access the PDF versions of your notes from the patient's profile on both the Web and iPad applications.

Issue Type Legend
Each release may contain some or all of the issue types below
(green) - this indicates that the change is a new feature or enhancement to Tridiuum1 which did not exist prior to this release.
(blue) - this indicates the change to the product did not require any development. Examples of this might include equipment upgrades.
(red) - this indicates the change was made to fix a problem found with an existing feature in Tridiuum1
