How to Remove Intake Availability on Tridiuum ONE

The following training document will walk you through how to remove your provider availability on the Tridiuum ONE Web application.  


  1. On the SCHEDULING tab, click on the date you want to remove your availability. The Intake Availability box will appear.
  2. Click REMOVE AVAILABILITY in the Intake Availability box.                              
  3. A notification will appear to confirm that you want to delete your availability.  If correct, click OK.  If not, click Cancel to close out the box and not remove your availability.
Any changes made on the Tridiuum ONE web application will also reflect in the Tridiuum ONE Connect app!
