How to Edit Availability on Tridiuum ONE

The following training document will walk you through how to edit your availability for the scheduling section on Tridiuum ONE (polestarapp.com)


  1. On the SCHEDULING tab, to edit your availability, click on the availability date you want to edit. (All availability appears in dark blue)

  2. The Intake Availability box will appear, click EDIT.                                                    

  3. You can edit the Site, Start Date/Time and End Date/Time.  Once your information is edited as needed, click SAVE to save your availability.                                                 


All changes made from the iPad or the web application will be reflected on both the Tridiuum ONE Connect app and the Tridiuum ONE web app.  No need to adjust on both.
