How to Create and Update Provider Profile on Tridiuum ONE Connect

For Tridiuum ONE Connect Users, the following training document will help provide clarity on how to create and update your profile.

If your provider and site profile are not complete (required fields filled out) your availability will not display to receive intake appointments from the call center!  Please ensure all fields are filled out accordingly to receive appointments!


  1. On your Tridiuum ONE Connect application, navigate and tap on the Profile tab in the green bar at the bottom.  Tap Edit in the top right corner to begin creating your profile.
  2. First begin to add your PERSONAL INFORMATION.  Some of the information will be filled in automatically for you.
  3. When your personal information is added, tap on the PROFESSIONAL INFORMATION tab to begin filling out your professional profile.  Please fill out ALL the fields (if applicable) in this section as this information will be what helps match you to patients who fit your specialty.                                                 
  4. Once your professional profile is complete, tap on the SITES section to begin filling out your site information. This is mandatory in order to receive patients.  Patients will assign to you based on your distance to them as well.  Tap on your site name to begin adding your site specific information.              
  5. When complete, tap Save in the top right corner and your profile will be up to date.                                                                                          

       

If you need to edit any of your profile information at any time, simply follow these steps and edit accordingly.
