How to download Tridiuum One iPad App from Apple App Store

Go to Apple App Store

2. Select Search (bottom right)

3. Tap search bar at the top and type in “Tridiuum1 Connect”

4. Tap “Get”

Note: A notification may appear asking you to type. in your Apple ID password. This is associated with your iPad Apple ID not your Tridiuum1 Connect username and password.

5. The wheel indicates the status of the app downloading.

6. Once download is complete select “OPEN”

7. You will be taken to the Tridiuum1 Connect App

8. Select “Allow” to receive notifications and “OK” for the app to access your calendar. NOTE: This is the only way the application will work properly to schedule your availability and receive appointments.
