How to Edit or Copy an Existing User

The following training document will walk you through how to edit existing user information.


Edit an Existing User

  1. Click on Manage Users under the Settings gear icon.                                                           
  2. Search for the user you would like to edit by username, first name, or last name.          


3. When you find the user you would like to edit, click on the pencil icon under the Edit column.


4. Edit the necessary information and click Save Changes when complete.            

   

Copy an Existing User

  1. If you would like to make a copy of an existing user and edit details within the copy, navigate again to the Manage Users page. Click instead on the Copy icon next to the desired user name.


In order to copy a user, the Username, Email, First Name and Last Name fields must be filled out.



2. Edit the necessary information and click Save Changes when complete.    

All information on the EDIT USER screen can be edited.
