Should my patient take the assessment at every visit?

Yes, we recommend all patients take our assessments at every visit because there are no scheduling identifiers to indicate when a patient may be 'due' for an assessment. Taking multiple assessments in one week would not yield much variability, however. For this reason, we do not recommend that the assessments are taken more than once per week.
