Can patients take the assessment prior to their visit?
Patients can take the assessment prior to their visit if their providing organization allows it. Based on the setup available, patients allowed to complete their assessment prior to the appointment will either:
- Receive an email from Tridiuum1notifications including a unique link and passcode to complete the assessment, or
- Receive a notification through their patient portal to complete the assessment using a unique link.
If the assessment is sent to patients by email (at home assessments):
The link to this assessment will expire within 24 hours and can be accessed multiple times during that 24 hour period. If a patient does not start the assessment during that 24 hour period, the assessment can be sent again to the patient. If the patient starts and stops the assessment, they can return to the place they left off within 24 hours, but the assessment will be marked abandoned if the patient does not complete it within that time period.
