Site Branding Configurations

The following training document is for permissioned users. We have added the ability to brand communication and logo branding by a site on the Site Branding tab.

White Label Email Address

Permissioned users now have the ability to define a site-specific email address to be used in patient communication: White Labeled Email Address on the Site Branding tab. Once the field is validated and saved, all emails sent from this site should come from this email address:

  • assessments sent to a patient associated with this site

  • virtual appointments

  • video sessions with assessments

  • video sessions without assessments

  • appointment notifications

Name to display in communication to patients

Permissioned users now have the ability to define a site-specific name to display in patient communication on the Site Branding tab. Once the field is saved, all emails sent from this site will indicate the name display via:

  • assessments sent to a patient associated with this site

  • virtual appointments

  • video sessions with assessments

  • video sessions without assessments

  • appointment notifications

Logos: Assessments and Reports

Permissioned users now have the ability to upload a site-specific logo to show on reports and patient facing assessments.

  • add an appropriate logo using the add Site Logo to Display on Assessment plus button

  • once a logo is added, this logo displays in place of the org logo to see a preview of how the logo will look

In order to White Label and verify a customer’s email, here are the steps involved:

  1. Our engineering team will configure [customeremail...@...com] as a sender in our email system, which will send an email to that email address to verify.

  2. Someone from [customer] with access to that email addresses’ inbox will need to look for the email our system sends and click the verification link.

  3. Once that’s complete, our team will provide details re: adding DKIM entry in their DNS provider (a technical representative at [customer] should know what this means). For the business folks, here’s a summary of why we want to do this:

    1. DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) is an email security standard designed to make sure messages aren’t altered in transit between the sending and recipient servers. It uses public-key cryptography to sign email with a private key as it leaves a sending server. Recipient servers then use a public key published to a domain’s DNS to verify the source of the message, and that the body of the message hasn’t changed during transit. Once the signature is verified with the public key by the recipient server, the message passes DKIM and is considered authentic.

    2. While DKIM isn't required, having emails that are signed with DKIM appear more legitimate to your recipients and are less likely to go to Junk or Spam folders. Spoofing email from trusted domains is a popular technique for malicious spam and phishing campaigns, and DKIM makes it harder to spoof email from domains that use it.

  4. Once that step is complete, the sender address is now fully configured and we can send emails from our application with that address.

Secure Messaging

Mobile View

We made updates to improve the mobile view for patients while encountering secure messages and taking the assessment.

Spanish

We corrected an issue where a portion of the Spanish messaging was in English.
