The following training document will walk you through how to manage your subscription on Tridiuum ONE. You will learn how to view your subscription plan and also how you can upgrade your plan.

1. To manage your subscription, first login to your Tridiuum ONE account.

2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner, and click Manage Subscription.

3. At the top of your screen you can view what subscription plan you currently have along with all the features that comes with your plan. You can click the Change Subscription Plan drop-down to select a different plan for yourself and/or your group practice.

4. If you would like to downgrade your subscription, please submit your request to help@tridiuum.com and we will be able to assist you.

5. If you would like to upgrade your subscription to a higher level plan, you do not need to reach out to Tridiuum to assist. You can simply click SUBMIT and your request will be processed.

6. You can also review your utilization from your Subscription Dashboard. This dashboard will break down your utilization monthly per year, how many users you in total who have utilized Tridiuum, video minutes used, and you can even manage your payment from this dashboard. By clicking Payment Dashboard, you will be brought to our partner site, FattMerchant, to update your payment information which can be done at any time.
