Getting Started Checklist for Reception Staff 

The following training document will walk the Reception Staff through how to start an assessment for a patient.  

1. Determine if your assessment should be administered in English or Spanish.  The assessment will automatically be set in English.  If you wish to administer the assessment in Spanish click en Español to switch to Spanish.                                                                          
2. Click in English to switch back to English.                                                      
3. When you have determined what language you wish to administer your assessment in, click GET STARTED.
4. Enter the patient's MRN and click NEXT.                                                      
5. Confirm your patient information is correct and click CONFIRM.                
6. If incorrect patient, tap NO, THIS IS NOT ME.                                                    
7. If physician, therapist or group does not auto-populate, select from drop-down menu. 
8. Then click NEXT.                                                                                             
9. Your assessment will now begin.  Hand the iPad to the patient to complete the assessment.
