Tridiuum ONE Connect Manager Guide

The following training document will walk you through how to create and edit a user on the Manage Users section under the gear icon drop-down.

How to add a new user or find an existing user to edit

  1. Click on the gear icon in the top right of the Clinical Home Page.

  2. Click on Manage Users.

  3. To check if a User exists, search for users in the SEARCH USERS bar.

  4. If you are searching for users in a particular region/area, site, role, or status, select the strings icon to open the filters menu.

5. Select the appropriate filters and click APPLY. These results can be exported by selecting Export to CSV.

 

6. Click on +ADD USER to add a new user.

7. To edit a user, you must search or find your user on the Home Page.

8. Once you find the user you wish to edit, click on the pencil icon under EDIT.

How to edit an existing user

  1. The following information must be filled out under the Settings tab

  2. Provider Username: First initial of first name, last name. Ex: jsmith (John Smith)

  3. Add the Sites the provider is located at. If the provider site is new to Tridiuum, contact Tridiuum before creating the provider to create the new site.

  4. Under Roles, scroll down to Native App User.

  5. Under Physician, Therapist or Group tab, click on For all User’s Sites. This will automatically generate the providers PTG label.

  6. Under Applications, also click on Tridiuum1 IOS App.

  7. Under Scheduling Module click on T1 Connect Calendar.

  8. Click SAVE CHANGES to save and close.

How to resend provider invites

  1. On the Users page, you can view the providers invite status.

  2. Search by Providers First Name, Last Name, or Username.

  3. View the Role Native App User.

  4. View their Invitation status > if expired, click the pencil icon under the EDIT column.

  5. Next to the invitation status, click RESEND INVITE and the providers will receive their invitation email to create their password.

How to view provider profile information

  1. On the Tridiuum Users page, find the User you want to view.

  2. Click on the pencil icon under the EDIT column to edit user.

  3. Next to the Settings tab, click on the Personal tab to view the providers Personal Profile.

  4. Next to the Personal tab, click the Professional tab to view the providers Professional Profile.

The information that is listed is the information the Providers have added themselves from the Tridiuum ONE Connect App. Any items in red are items the providers must fill in, in order to be found and scheduled in the Call Center Application.

How to view site information

  1. Go to the settings gear icon and scroll down to Manage Sites.

  2. Search for the site you’re looking for and click the pencil icon to view the site information.

  3. Providers will input their Address, Phone Number, State, and Zip/Postal Code which can not be edited.

How to add and/or edit patients

  1. Click on PATIENTS tab at the top to display all the patients.

  2. Search for an existing patient by MRN, Last name, First name, or Date of Birth.

  3. Click +ADD PATIENT to add a new patient (that does not already exist).

  4. ADD PATIENT box appears.  Fill out all items marked with a red asterisk

  5. Click SAVE CHANGES to save and close.

Viewing Provider Availability

  1. Click on the REPORTS tab.

  2. From the REPORTS tab drop-down, click on Provider Availability.

  3. Click on the Select Providers drop-down to search for specific Provider to view availability.

Viewing Provider Dashboard

  1. Click the REPORTS tab > then hover over Analytics > and click Provider Dashboard.

  2. Filter by time period and or CUSTOM RANGE.

  3. Filter by specific Site, Area, Location, Provider, Patient, and more!
