How to Remove Intake Availability Using Tridiuum ONE Connect

The following training document includes how to cancel intake availability created using the Tridiuum ONE Connect iPad application. Cancel intake availability

  1. Login to your Tridiuum ONE Connect app with your username and password. Once you login, you will be on your Home screen.

  2. From the Home screen click the Scheduling tab in the green bar at the bottom.

  3. The screen defaults to Scheduling - Patient Appointments view, click the clock to see the Scheduling - Provider Availability screen.

  4. On the Scheduling - Provider Availability screen, tap the availability date you’d like to cancel.

  5. The Edit Availability box will appear. Tap Cancel Availability.

  6. Tap Cancel Availability and the availability slot will be removed from your schedule.

Cancel repeat intake availability

  1. This availability has been input as a repeat availability. You can either edit or delete the single date or you can edit or cancel all the dates. Click the repeat Intake Availability you wish to cancel.

  2. When you tap on the Intake Availability date you’d like to cancel, the Edit Availability box will appear. You will see it says Cancel Availability. Tap Cancel Availability.

  3. When you tap Cancel Availability the following box will appear to let you know that this is repeat availability. Select Only This Event if you’d like to cancel only that date. Select This and All Future Events if you’d like to cancel all repeat availability entered.

  4. The availability will be removed from your schedule once it is cancelled via the above means.

As a reminder, you should review your schedule in Tridiuum frequently. We recommend reviewing it daily, especially if you have a significant amount of availability input, since you may receive multiple new intake appointments frequently. Again, inputting availability can only be done in one hour increments and means you are accepting one new patient. The Call Centers DO NOT book repeat appointments for the patients. It is up to you as the provider to manage your own schedule with the patient after their initial intake visit with you.
