How to Edit Patient Appointments on Tridiuum ONE Connect

The following training document will walk you through how to cancel, edit, or mark an appointment as a no-show in the iPad app.

If you cancel a patient's appointment, and you have never seen this patient before, the patient will be removed from your patient list entirely. No email notification is sent to the patient to inform them their appointment has been cancelled. We recommend calling the patient prior to cancelling the appointment to see if they can reschedule with you prior to cancelling the appointment. If you accidentally cancel the patient's appointment and lose their information, submit an issue in our support portal and we will assign the patient back to your list. Thank you!

Open the profile of the patient whose appointment you would like to edit and at the bottom of the screen tap the APPOINTMENTS tab to display a list of all of the patient's appointments.
Tap on the appointment you would like to edit and the Edit Appointment box should display. From this box you can:
1. Edit the appointment Start Date/Time and End Date/Time.
2. Mark the appointment as a No-Show.
3. Or Cancel Appointment.
After making the appropriate edits and following the prompts on the screen, the appointment should now reflect the updates in the list once saved. The below appointment was marked as a No-Show.
