The Tridiuum ONE Connect Scheduling Application has been designed to provide as much information needed in a single screen by utilizing hover overs and pop-overs to display more details.

Default:

Basic Filters:

  • Time Filters: Providers' Morning, Afternoon, and Evening Availability will be displayed, but if the filter selects Morning, and a provider does not have any morning availability, they will be excluded.

  • Type Filters: Providers' In Person and Virtual Availability will be displayed, but if the filter selects virtual and a provider does not have virtual availability, they will be excluded.

  • Travel Radius: when ONLY virtual is selected, the travel radius filter is disregarded.

  • Provider: This is a type ahead field with all providers with FICOM enabled

  • Site: This is a type ahead field with all sites that have availability

 

More Filters:

  • Provider gender preference: will filter to all providers with that gender on the profile

  • Primary Language: will filter to all providers with that language on the profile

  • Transportation Access: will filter all providers site’s with that access on the profile

  • Insurance: will default to the patient’s insurance type (as selected by the user, or, if enabled, Experian)

  • Therapy: will filter all providers with that therapy type selected on their profiles

  • LBGT checkbox: will filter to all providers with that specialty selected on their profile

  • Requires Physical Assistance checkbox: will filter to providers' sites that have accessibility options selected other than “none”

Availability

  • the user can scroll up and down to see the whole list of providers

  • each day defaults to the 7am-7pm timeframe, but allows the user to use the forward and back arrows scroll from 12am to 11pm

      • 10pm-7am should be called Overnight (not shown)

      • 7am-12pm - Morning

      • 12pm-5pm - Afternoon

      • 5pm-10pm - Evening

  • Available times will be in line with the hour, quarter hour, or half hour, depending on when the appointment starts

Hold Feature Booking:

Orange box signifies a held appointment that the specific patient you are booking. Select the book to see the hold appointment details. When there is a held appointment for a patient, the hold date and provider should be shown first in the list and will display as the default day.

Note In-person or virtual selection can only be changed by the provider

Provider Site Tooltip:

Hovering over the site brings up the site address.

Availability Tooltip:

Hovering over the availability will display the date, day of the week and beginning and end time of the availability.

Viewing Provider Profile Information

Clicking the provider name brings up a min-display of the provider profile.

Booking an Appointment

The user selects an appointment by clicking on a populated block. When selected the user sees the Appointment Details box, this pop up displays relative to where the appointment is on the grid.

  • the appointment detail box allows the user to select either in person appointment or virtual, if both are available.

    • if only one is available, then the selection is disabled

    • on a Hold, these are disabled

    • when the user hovers over the disabled field, they are shown:

      • if a hold “Held appointments can only be changed by the provider”

      • if only virtual OR in person “Availability can only be changed by the provider”

  • the user can select to send booking confirmation either by email, text, or both

    • if email is selected, the user has to enter an email

    • if text is selected, the user has to enter a valid phone number

  • When the user selects “Book Appointment” the user is show the booking confirmation page

  • The user can select the “x” or Cancel to close out of that appointment details window and select another appointment.Appointment Confirmation Options:

Note: Depending on your organizations settings, call agents will be able to send confirmations via email only or email and/or SMS text message.
