Adult Analytics Dashboard: Export Enhancements

We heard your feedback regarding our Adult Analytics Dashboard export file and made improvements in our 3.58 and 3.62 releases. We've updated several scores and alerts to enhance analysis of the Adult Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder assessments when you export the results as a .csv file. In addition, we’ve removed some of the data points in the exported file that are no longer relevant to the versions of these assessments currently in use.

Here are a few of the added categories you will note within new columns in the export file:

• Assessment: displays name and version number of a given assessment such as Mental Health, Substance Use, etc.

• Response text/value: text or value-based answer that patient provided to specific questions within a given assessment

• Service: displays type of care provided to patient (Substance Use, Mental Health, Primary Care, etc.)

• Score value: displays value that patient scored on a given assessment

• Score trend label: displays evaluation of score compared to prior assessment (improved, no change, worsened) for mental health severity and substance use alerts such as C-SSRS, PTSD-5, etc.

• Sex: reported sex of patient

• Provider Email: provider’s preferred email address for contact

• Site Tag: key word to distinguish a specific site (for internal use)

• Assessment Summary Key: seven-digit number to locate specific assessment (for internal use)

• Assessment Complete Date: date when latest assessment was completed

• Score Therapeutic Alliance Value: score that indicates strength/success of therapeutic alliance between patient and clinician
