Accessing the Clinical Home

The first page you will see when you log into Tridiuum ONE is the Clinical Home. This page will list the patients who have taken an assessment on the day or days selected. You can quickly view patient summaries including current assessment scores compared to intake scores and any critical alerts, such as suicidal ideation, harm to others, substance use, drug use, and therapeutic alliance. You may also navigate to a patient’s assessment history and reports form this page.

Accessing Patient Detail Page

On this page you may access your patient’s behavioral health histories by episode of care. From the Home Screen, tap on the patient’s name to access their Patient Detail Page. You may also find them on the Patient Tab. Here, data is arranged to give you a quick view of critical information using placement, color to indicate severity, and arrows to indicate change from the previous assessment to the most recent.
