The following checklist will help ensure you are ready for a video session with your provider. Learn More

Any tablet, computer, or phone with Internet access running a supported browser

Strong internet access. Please note: LTE or cable connection highly recommended

Supported web browsers: Safari 12, Chromium based (Chrome or Edge), Firefox (latest version)

If using an iOS mobile device (iPhone or iPad), use Safari web browser only

Camera, microphone and speakers, integrated or external

Allow your microphone and camera within your browser.

Headphones (highly recommended)
