How to Share a Screen During a Video Session

Screen Sharing:

During a video session, patients and providers will have the ability to share their screen via the share icon. *Providers will want to make sure no PHI is available (other than the patient’s) that could be unintentionally shared. 

You will be able to share:

  • Entire screen

  • Application window

  • Chrome/FF browser tab

 

  1. Select Share button

 

2. Select share options - Entire screen, application window or chrome tab.

 

3. Choose what you would like to share, and click share.

 

4. Sharing screen!

Please note: Patients using an iOS device while using the Safari browser are not able to share their screen.
