Payment Training Guide

Patient Payments

  • You can now receive payments from patients prior to the start of your video session.

  • You can enter your patients' payment responsibility, set standard visit rates, and access transactions, reports and analytics through our safe and secure payment partner.

Getting Started

  1. To get started, go to the Gear icon and select “My Settings”

     

  2. On the Payment tab, enter/update the fields

     

     

  3. You will be taken to Tridiuum’s payment partner’s site to complete the registration process. Registration status will be updated on the Payment Tab of My Settings.

     

Determining Payment Responsibility

  1. Once you have been approved, when you start a video session, you will be prompted to enter the payment your patient should pay prior to the video session. Suggested payment amounts are given based on:

Patient Perspective - First Time Payment

Prior to launching the video session, a patient will need to set up payment for the first time.

Proceeding Without Payment

If the patient proceeds without paying, you will see a notification within the Tridiuum platform.

Patient Perspective - Payment with a Stored Card

If the patient has already paid with a card, they can use an existing card or add a new payment method.
