Athena Integration

  • Appointments pulled from a 3rd party system are Read-Only: When an appointment is pulled into the Lucet platform from a third party system, in this case Athena, we now ensure that appointment records are read only and cannot be edited from the Lucet side. Since this appointment record was originated from the third party system, that is the source of truth and all editing needs to happen there.

  • Streamlined Appointment Information for NEW Patients: To improve our data, all patients that were referred to Athena, before the Go Live of this feature will not be sync’ed for additional appointments. All patients that are referred to Athena, AFTER the Go Live of this feature will utilize the new additional appointment feature.

Availability

  • To stop users from deleting availability that is booked because they think that it’s still “open”, we have removed unavailable or booked slots from the calendar views, so they aren’t unnecessarily deleted. On the Scheduling Tab, if an availability slot has been booked or is unavailable, we now hide the slot. If the slot becomes available, it will show back up on the calendar.

User Experience + General Updates

We continue to make updates that improve overall application performance and usability.

  • Call Center:

    • Updated the lat/long used for the patient address search instead of just a zip code center point in the Call Center.

    • Set a default lock expiration time (5 minutes) to organization.slot_lock_expiration

  • Patient Detail | Notifications Tab: Updated the email address field to be longer.

  • Performance:

    • Resolved errors in caused in background jobs in on-prem instances (not user-facing)

    • Resolved Practitioner photo request errors if the photo doesn't exist (not user-facing)

  • Provider Availability Dashboard: Resolved issue with Site name missing for multi site slots.

Updated Lucet Branding

  • Video Appointment: Updated Video Session button color

  • My Profile: Replaced Completion Dial on the Professional and Site Tabs
