The following guide will walk you through the My Settings tab to ensure you are properly set up to receive payments from patients, set up your email and phone number to for proper communication to you, and authenticate the security of your Tridiuum ONE account.

  1. From the Clinical Home, click on the gear icon in the top right corner.

2. Click on My Settings.

3. In My Settings, you can manage Payment, Communication, and Security.

The Payment Tab:

The Communication Tab:

Set up your Tridiuum ONE communication to your preferred email and phone number in order to ensure you will be able to properly log in and receive Tridiuum ONE messages.

Setting up Email and Text Message communication:

  1. Your email will automatically populate and be active to receive any communication. If you’d like to change your email for all Tridiuum ONE communications, go to My Profile to change your email.

  2. Next to Text Message, add your phone number where it states “Enter cell phone number.”

  3. A text message will be sent to the number provided with instructions to click on the link provided.

  4. Click the link you received via text and your phone number is now set up to receive text communication.

The Security Tab

Manage your Multi-Factor Authentication Method (MFA) through the Security tab. Allowing Email and Text Messaging will enable you authenticate your Tridiuum ONE use from either device for your convenience.
