Member Self-Serve Appointment Portal Updates | Impacts: Members 

• We have removed the site address from displaying in the following scenarios/areas:

  • Provider Listing page for in-person and virtual availability slots w/ intake coordinators 

  • Book Appointment modal for in-person availability slots w/ intake coordinators

  • Home page listing the member’s booked appointments, if the appointment is with an intake coordinator in a slot of in-person availability

• We have added “virtual” to the instructional message that displays in the following three areas when members book appointments with intake coordinators, so it reads “Your first appointment will be a virtual consultation with a Coordinator. They will assess your needs in order to match you with the right provider.”

  • Provider Listing page

  • Book Appointment modal

  • Provider Detail page (user clicks Learn more about me link)

• We have added a link to the member's appointment confirmation communication on the member’s list of appointments:

  

Platform Updates | Impacts: Users with Access to the Adult Analytics Dashboard and/or the Provider Dashboard

• We have updated the default filter to show Month to Date (MTD) instead of Quarter to Date (QTD) data upon opening the Adult Analytics dashboard.

• We have add type-ahead functionality on the following multi-select fields:

  • Adult Analytics dashboard:

    • “Area” field (if available)

    • “Site” field

    • “Alerts” field

    • “Provider” field

    • “Plan Name” field

  • Provider Dashboard:

    • “Area” field (if available)
