Call Center Update | Impacts: Call Center Users
Enhancement to clearing Advanced Filters on the Appointment Booking Page:
Call Center users were previously unable to clear single option fields when selecting Advanced Filters and instead had to reset all filtering options, forcing call center agents to remember to re-ask for filterable options or risk missing a critical option. We have added the ability to clear selections by filterable fields on booking pages by adding a “Select” option at the top of the filter selections that a user can choose to clear the previous selection.

Reinstating the onboarding guide for multiple episodes of care:
Due to recent behind-the-scenes changes to the Patient Profile page, a previous guide pointing to the episodes of care dropdown on the Patient Profile if a patient generates more than one episode of care was disabled. We have reinstated this guide.
