The fields that are very important include Sex, Race, Ethnicity and Language(s). Example: Many patients request a male or female provider. If this field is not completed then you the provider will not display as an option to be booked when a call agent filters to specifically look for a male or female provider. In addition many patients specifically request a race, ethnicity and language for their provider. The more information you can put in these fields will help to match the requests of the patients when booking with a new provider.
