The following training document goes over how to edit and delete Provider Availabilityprovider availability.

  1. From the Home Page, select the Scheduling tab from the navigation bar.

  2. The screen defaults to Patient Appointments view. Select the clock icon from the menu bar to access Provider Availability view.

  3. Select the Availability slot you would like to update.

  4. Update the Start Date/Time and End Date/Time fields. Select Done and then select for this or all events to update the Availability.

  5. If you are updating a repeat availability, select whether you want to Save this availability only, Save all future availabilities, or Dismiss.

  6. Your Availability list is now updated with the Edited Availability.

  7. To Delete Availability, scroll to the bottom of the Edit Availability box and select Cancel Availability.
