Platform Update - Patient Profile | Impacts: Users in DSBO-enabled organizations with Google Calendar integrations

Platform Updates*

Enhancement to capture the cancellation reason on the platform for appointments cancelled through Google Calendar

Cancel reason should be set to ‘Other' with comments: "Appointment was cancelled in Google Calendar" on the Patient Profile - Visits tab:

Assessments with In-Person Appointments | Impacts: Users Who Create Appointments

  • Assessments associated with in-person appointments will be sent automatically to the patient prior to the appointment start time.

    • This functionality will be rolled out over the coming weeks and in-app notifications will alert when available.

Edit User and Edit Site Image Upload | Impacts: Permitted Users With Access to the Manage Users and Manage Sites Pages

  • More user-friendly image upload on the Edit Profile and Edit Site modals:

    • Users can now zoom, crop, and preview the images uploaded to the Edit User modal, accessed via the Manage Users page, and the Edit Site modal accessed via the Manage Sites page.
